By the article 154. on the offence legislation (SL “Glasnik RS” Numb: 101/2005

I am filing this request for opening of offence procedure

Against: Veterinary station “Kikinda” address: Svetozara Miletica 24 Kikinda,against Mirodovic Ivan from “Rusko selo” Brace Domazet 37, from father Rade, born in Kikinda …, as responsible one.

Because of not acting on decision of Republic Veterinary Inspector number: 270-323-0031/2006-05 from January 16^th 2006.  by which working on catching of stray cats and dogs execution is PROHIBITED.

 On 21^st  of February  2006. in “Cuprija” commune team from vet. Station ‘Kikinda” catches and euthanasies 19 stray Dogs this was concluded by the “Cuprija’ communal inspectors protocol No: 355-1-32/06-07  as from: February 22. 2006.

With this conduced offence under article 158/ Act 1. / note 35. of veterinary law (Sl”Glasnik Rs” number: 91/2005

Explanation-

On 9^th of the March 2006. Societies for Animal protection “ARKA” and “Friend”

Filed a complaint for illegal work of Veterinary station “Kikinda” for they are killing stray cats and dogs through communes all over Republic of Serbia.

Republic veterinary Inspector by his official duty inspected and with protocol register number: 39455 fortified that Veterinary station “Kikinda” on 21^st of February 2006. worked on catching and euthanasia of stray cats and dogs in “Cuprija” commune (where communal Inspector made a protocol No: 355-1-32/06-07  - on the 22^nd February 2006.

We are informing You that this prosecutors office, today with its decision under upper number on the basis of Article 235. Act 1. / LCP rejected complaint No: 270-323-0089702006-05 from March 28^th 2006.  with addition under same number from April 28^th 2006. which you filed against Midorovic Ivan from Rusko selo- Kikinda, because of felony act of killing and torturing of animals from article269 act 2. with relation to act 1. .. because this deed is not a felony even if it contains handles of this felony act, Because of the small akt importance and weak level of felony responsibility of perpetrator and because of insignificant harmful consequences meaning to 18. act and 2. FL
