As we have notified you previously in our telephone call, we are pleading for help and for the protection of rights and lives of our pets and ours. We, the undersigned citizens were disturbed by communal inspectors on the basis of anonymous reports. As they came with the intention, to allegedly under new city directive find out in what living conditions our pets live, how many of them is in our house and what kind of pets we have. While they asked from one neighbor to remove the dog from the room which they have entered because he/the dog/ is "dangerous" and the dog in question was a Maltese poodle!

In the next apartment they have meet nine years old girl which was visited by "one lady who asked to see her mommy". After 9 ^th answer that her mom is not at home, girl got the message that the lady who visited her will try to find her mom by her own because of the neighbor's complaints on number of dogs residing in her apartment, or because they have a baby or because of some other insignificant thing…

After this ordeal, the little girl obviously shaken waited for her mother and repeated all day to her girlfriends "how someone from inspection wants to take her pet away- or to put her to sleep" !

Important note to make is that mentioned individual succeeded to get the home telephone number so she called girls' mother next day and announced her visit!? What kind of misuse and under what law this kind of behavior of communal inspection employees is considered?

This is not the first time that all sorts of bad things linked to pets' in our City are occurring.

It's not going to be the last time that our rights and rights of our pets are endangered. All we are asking is: till when? We the dog owners are repeating so many times, that it is crucial to educate people, not to be lead by their fears and their wrong picture about the dogs or cats.

Our kids regularly come back from school in which all sorts of so-called "teachers" are teaching our kids with paroles like" do not have a dog as a pet- tell your mommy to give a birth to future brother/sister"

New hit was claimed by little neighbors boy who totally seriously and worried told us that his teacher told him that its not good to own a Terrier because he chews table and chair legs, nor b. terrier because he digs holes in the apartment. Further, the Teacher said that large dogs are dangerous and small sized dogs are vicious?! It is best not to have any pets- its better to have god friend that you can play with?! Cheers! And which kid could say something back to this kind of teacher?

If we add all that kids have learned" in our schools till now, and linked to basic knowledge (since in this category behavioral education is banned from schools) its not for a question why all our parks, near schools are full of needles and syringes, and the amount of fast food garbage on streets I will not mention by this occasion.

Because of all the above it appears that its not so strange that our kids are playing by vandalizing post boxes, or breaking and taking emblems off cars (parked on all marked and all over unmarked green areas in city) or they simply drive in elevators all day. It's not a strange then, that all trees are broken and playgrounds too. There, on playgrounds you can observe how large numbers of grandmas and grandpas are giving all sorts of candies and juices to their heirs, and then bursting from culture- they throw the leftovers/garbage into near bushes!

But they never forget to drag their kids on the other side, in panic, if they see at least a poodle near and then regularly with all kinds of stories make children be scared of dogs, or be scared of Gypsies, shamefully.

Unaccountably, we witnessed when old grandmas and grandpas chase gypsies out from playground and no one ever filed a complaint against that kind of rude behavior. If you say something against that kind of behavior- you will be cursed and called by ugly names.  

That's why we are concerned for that law by which inspector have a right (?!) which is allegedly given by communal enterprise, to get inside an owners home and ransack someone's personal property?!

In no time, we and our dogs will not be allowed to breathe! Who will protects us from authority's haughty, same authorities who do not resemble dog breeds but bring all sorts of demands which we have to obey? We are not against the worlds legislations by which regulations for dog owners are applied. We are not against the regulations by which something better can be brought for our poor area. But we are against us being the first ones to be attacked when it comes to commune culture or so-called inspections. A bigger problem that emerged is this destruction of green areas, parking, nightly noise from restaurants, garbage and dump areas for garbage located around our buildings/homes which are full of diseases and are an exhibit of conscience of our citizens.

We are all aware of the fact that in this country, sadly everyone is diametrically polarized one from another therefore every complaint is caused by a dispute or neighbor's un-understanding with the other person who is different. as it seems, Now we are taken so far not to sue if its needed, when someone did not paid his rent, because of demolition, drilling or impropriate noise in the resting time or for wrong parking. Now we will be suing each others from anger, or just to hurt someone and in spite to show them that weak ones and those that depend on us are still the ones we can rage upon. Until when?!

That's why we are now making this appeal, again, for us as pet owners and citizens asking for our violated rights and rights of our pets to be protected!

Please, notify us about our rights and what our rights are, so that we can react correctly and by law when we see them next time on our doorstep?
