Suspicion is that JKP" Morava " slowly, gives poison- Kreozan or strychnine, to some of the dogs in caged in communal enterprise JKP" Morava", in Svilajnac
In this moment, there are only 21 dogs, before there were around 56 dogs.
In the same time director of JKP"Morava", is telling lies to citizens in Svilajnac that many dogs are ill - and will die soon ---but that's not the truth, -
.Step by step they will poison all dogs. This is very perfide plan, probably of man with WSPA diploma, as usually.

Honorable Officials,
It has come to the attention of concerned citizens all around the world, that a mass killing of animals now in the animal shelter, will take place in Sviljanac, on October 6, in violation of Serbia-Valjevo, article 269.
We raise our voices to protest such brutal and senseless killings, in violation of your own laws and urge you to seek the help of local rescue groups, to assist you in re-homing and helping the animals.
As you are no doubt aware, there is a global problem with the overpopulation of homeless cats and dogs; in every case it is the result of the failure of local governments to institute a strict spay/neuter (de-sexing) policy and to educate the public on responsible behavior as concerns companion animals. I urge you to seek the help of experts in the field, such as Nathan Winograd in the US, who has helped communities put an end to this vicious cycle of unwanted pets and the societal problems that result from strays and abandonned animals.

Following is a complaint to organizations ARKA & Epar applied by citizen from Svilajnac: 03. October .2006 /in Svilajnac Complaint Complaint to animal welfare society „ARKA“from Novi Sad and animal friends’ society «Friend» from Subotica We are applying this complaint about catching and killing of animals in town Svilajnac, on this date October 3rd 2006. we noticed a service in town working on dog catching and then dumping in vechile Ford Transit colored in metalic gray, with visible markings on both sides and rear window, with text, SANITARY SERVICE PCE «Hygiena» Pancevo and telephone number 013/35-21-48, and registration number PA*489-31, vechile was photographed and this incident I reported to the authorities in SIA- Svilajnac, and by this ocasion I'm informing You about activities taking place in town Svilajnac. During this day I recieved complaints from citizens who also informend me about mentioned activities, in the afternoon one gentlemen came to me with statement that his dog (puppie) was missing, and that he witnessed activities done by mentioned service. Thats why we are aplealing for urgent stepst to be taken byYou for this round up and distroying of dogs to be stoped.
